Man.. it looks like a good portrait, in that he actually looks like a human being, but it just looks nothing like who it actually is. :-/

More practice is clearly required.

This almost looks like a cross between Tutivillus, a Nurse, and Tennant. Maybe your imagination muddied the distinction a bit. I love the feel of this with the cool monochrome tones.
